When I look back at my post-partum anxiety and anger, I was doing a lot of good stuff. I had a loving partner for support. I was working out. I was eating clean and doing guided meditations regularly. But then one day a surge of rage hit him mid-jog on the Grapevine hiking trail. I was baffled! How could my rage and anxiety find me in the middle of the Southern Utah desert, in the middle of a self-care exercise session? I sat on a boulder and sobbed. I needed more. The next day I started looking for a therapist.
